Lime Hill Villa was completed in 2002 and carries the Colonial Antiguan style, comprising a two storey villa that is luxuriously furnished in traditional, yet modern Caribbean style. What sets us apart from other villas in Antigua, is our attention to detail both inside the villa and the mature gardens.

Our bedrooms have one aim - to give visitors to Lime Hill Villa a lavish stay while in Antigua, and bedrooms on the second floor both boast their own balconies that overlook Freeman's Bay. Ground floor rooms in our villa open to the infinity pool and have access to the outside dining area that comfortably sits 10 people to make the most of alfresco dining. We have worked hard to establish our property as one of the superior villas in Antigua and the kitchen, lounge and internal dining rooms are well equipped, furnished and finished.

The gardens boast some of the most stunning tropical plants that are synonymous with the Caribbean and include Bougainvillea, Jacaranda, Paw-Paw, Hibiscus, Alamanda, Christmas Candle, and Oleander. The garden design offers significant privacy in the tropical paradise of Antigua with a large number of sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue.
